Admission and visa decisions
Admission decisions are made solely by universities, and visa decisions solely by immigration authorities. We prepare and present the strongest possible application, but we cannot guarantee any outcome.
Student responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, genuine documents and information, and to meet deadlines we communicate. Falsified documents will end our engagement immediately and may lead to bans by institutions or authorities.
Fees
Any service fees are communicated in writing before work begins. Third-party costs such as application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees and medical or English tests are paid directly by you to the relevant body.
Refunds
Fees paid to third parties are non-refundable once submitted. Any refund of our own service fees follows the written agreement issued at the start of your engagement.
